6 Months Ahead
Skyhills Residences 1, our first real estate development, was handed over to homeowners six months before its contractual deadline, a reflection of the construction discipline that has defined HRE for over three decades. The official handover of Skyhills Residences 1 was celebrated at the Skyhills Residences 1 Grand Premiere on April 20, 2026, at Dubai Science Park. The event ran across multiple days, welcoming homeowners, partners, brokers, and dignitaries into a project already delivered.
The First Real Estate Achievement Medal 2026
At the Grand Premiere, HRE Development was honored to receive The First Real Estate Achievement Medal 2026 from the Arab Union for Construction and Real Estate Development, under the umbrella of the Arab League.
The award was received by Chairman Mohamed Adib Hijazi, in recognition of delivering Skyhills Residences 1 six months ahead of schedule, reflecting advanced standards in planning, execution, and responsible development across the region.
From Investors & Partners
This project is a true reflection of a man of word and action

This achievement reflects disciplined execution, clear vision, and an unwavering commitment to quality. A defining moment that marks the beginning of the HRE Era.
Nothing here happened by chance. Behind it are years of decisions, discipline, and commitment to doing things properly.
